Summer in New Jersey is here. It is a great time for relaxing and enjoying yourself! These sunny days offer special opportunities to have fun with outdoor activities. We can enjoy the color filled landscapes, warm summer air and the scents of this wonderful season. As we pay attention to the changes in our environment – we become aware of the tranquility of the present moment. We relax.

Heart rate variability training includes monitoring breathing while guiding its improvement. It has been found that deep and slow breathing can have a positive effect on health. The specific advantage of heart rate variability training is that the breathing exercises are customized for you. We all breathe differently and the feedback on the device is individualized. It is as easy and as much fun as playing a video game with your breath.
